We have been asked to think outside the box, be creative, be agents of change, but the system is judging everyone by the same stands and methods. Using standardized testing and the common norms as benchmarks to evaluate Intellectual superiority. I believe this is one of our major hurdles that hamper our society from being able to truly diversify and be the genuine leaders we are destine to be. I believe greatness comes from standing out, going against the grain not becoming a carbon copy which our society is effectively preparing us for .
